Let me share a piece of my heart with you.
I'm not just a nurse, I'm a Mom to a beautiful daughter with a desire to spend more quality time teaching her the ways of holistic wellness.
As a RN, I've known there are underlying causes to symptoms and tired of doctors throwing pills at the problem.
So when I started struggling with sleep, waking up
in the middle of the night, feeling wired but tired, I knew something was wrong.
I know what it feels like to wake up with brain fog and poor concentration, emotions up and down like a rollercoaster.
After putting the pieces together, I discovered my lifestyle and increased stress was contributing to hormonal imbalance.
I researched natural, holistic approaches to infuse energy, vitality, and resilience back into my life. I gave up unhealthy habits and replaced them with healthier daily practices to balance my hormones. Over time, I started to feel relief.
You either MAKE time for health and wellness or you end up SPENDING time and money suffering from poor health and sickness.
It became a mission to share what I learned with other incredible women navigating similar struggles.

My approach to healing is based off my life altering journey of struggle as a single Mom, recovering from trauma, and suffering from autoimmune disease.
I know what it is like to suffer, searching for solutions from doctors only to notice little to no improvement or answers.
To try everything to heal, only to experience continued decline in my hope for long lasting healing and well-being.
I know what it's like to spend thousands of hours researching and working with practitioners to find relief.
I don't want anyone to have to suffer and struggle the why I did and waste years of life feeling hopeless and lost.
From my healing journey and as a Psychotherapist,
I've discovered we must FEEL to HEAL or the body will continue to struggle until the nervous system becomes more regulated.
